Terms of Use
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using KickCall — a football score-prediction game with no wagering, no odds, and no cash prizes — including how accounts, groups, predictions, Pro features, and advertising work.

Introduction and Acceptance
KickCall ("KickCall," "we," "us," or "our") is a football score-prediction game. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KickCall application (the "Service"). By creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This document is a professional draft prepared from KickCall’s actual, current implementation. It is not legal advice, and using it does not represent a guarantee that KickCall complies with any specific law or regulation — see the notice at the bottom of this page.
Operator
KickCall is operated by Hamad BinQarban, an individual developer/operator — not by a registered company, LLC, corporation, or other legal entity. There is currently no separate "KickCall" company; "KickCall," "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms refer to Hamad BinQarban personally operating the Service.
Identifying Hamad BinQarban by name in these Terms identifies who runs the Service. It does not create, and should not be read as creating, a company or limited-liability entity, and it does not by itself change how liability is addressed under these Terms — see "Limitation of Liability" below.
Eligibility
To use KickCall you must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law, and you must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by the app store or platform (such as Apple's App Store or Google Play) through which you access the Service. KickCall does not currently verify age beyond what its authentication provider and app-store distribution require, and does not knowingly allow children below the applicable minimum age to create an account (see the Privacy Policy's “Children’s Privacy” section).
Pending: [MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO BE CONFIRMED] — no specific minimum age is enforced by the product today; the owner should confirm the correct minimum age for each jurisdiction and app store KickCall is distributed through, and this section should be updated to state it.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during account creation (such as your country of residence) is accurate.
User Accounts
You create a KickCall account by signing in with a one-time passcode sent to your email address, or, optionally, with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us at support@kick-call.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
During onboarding you provide a display name, country of residence, preferred language, and (optionally) a favorite club, and you agree to keep this information reasonably accurate and up to date. Accounts are personal to you — do not share your sign-in access with anyone else or use another person’s account without their permission.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms — see “Account Suspension and Termination” below.
User Conduct
When using KickCall, you agree not to:
- Submit predictions based on information you know to be false, or attempt to manipulate match results, scores, or grading in any way.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior in the Service — for example, to gain points, achievements, BOOST uses, or Pro status you have not legitimately earned or paid for — instead of reporting them to us.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, database access controls, rate limits, or any other access control in the Service.
- Attempt to guess, brute-force, or systematically enumerate other users’ group invite codes, or use an invite code you were not given permission to use.
- Use groups/leagues to harass, spam, or abuse other members, or repeatedly create and abandon groups to exhaust capacity or invite-code space.
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service, submit predictions, or extract data, outside of KickCall’s own published interfaces.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s availability or integrity, including its backend infrastructure or the third-party data feeds it depends on.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting your identity, payment information, or entitlement to Pro features.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Harass, threaten, or post abusive content directed at other users.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action as described in “Account Suspension and Termination.”
Groups and Private Leagues
KickCall lets you create or join private leagues (“groups”) to compare predictions with other users.
- Creating a group: you choose a name; KickCall generates a unique invite code for it.
- Joining a group: you enter an invite code shared with you. To protect group privacy, KickCall does not reveal whether a rejected code belongs to a group that’s simply full versus one that doesn’t exist.
- Capacity: groups have a member-capacity limit (currently 10 members on the Free plan; groups created by a Pro member currently support up to 25). Capacity limits may change.
- Administration: the member who creates a group is its administrator. Only the administrator can delete the group. Any member can leave a group at any time.
- Group deletion: deleting a group removes it, and its membership, for everyone in it — not only the person who deletes it. Deleting your own account also permanently deletes any group you created, for all of its members (see “Account Suspension and Termination”).
- Misuse: invite codes are meant to be shared only with people you intend to invite. Do not publish, sell, or systematically distribute invite codes to circumvent group capacity or privacy. KickCall may rate-limit, restrict, or revoke access to the join-group feature to prevent abuse.
KickCall may suspend, restrict, or remove a group (or a member’s access to it) that is used to violate these Terms.
Predictions, Rankings, and Competitions
KickCall is a score-prediction game provided for entertainment and informational purposes. There is no wagering, no odds, and no cash or monetary prizes. Nothing in the Service should be understood as gambling or betting.
- Predictions: you may submit one prediction per match (a predicted home and away score) before that match locks for predictions, and change it until then. Once a match locks (at or near kickoff), predictions can no longer be edited.
- BOOST: you may apply a higher scoring multiplier (“BOOST”) to one prediction per round or competition stage; the Service enforces this limit automatically. Exact scoring and BOOST rules may change and are not a contractual guarantee of any particular outcome.
- Grading and points: match results are synchronized from third-party sports-data sources (see “Third-Party Services”) and predictions are graded automatically once a match finishes. Grading and scoring depend on this synchronization and on KickCall’s own scoring logic, either of which may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact (for example, if a match is cancelled).
- Leaderboards and rankings: KickCall calculates season, all-time, monthly, group, and (where applicable) country leaderboards from graded predictions. Rankings are provided for entertainment purposes and reflect KickCall’s own calculations at the time they’re generated — they are not an official or independent record of anything beyond the Service itself.
- Achievements: KickCall may award in-app achievements based on your activity and performance. Achievements have no monetary value and confer no rights beyond their in-app display.
- Competitions/seasons: KickCall tracks predictions across the competitions (leagues/cups) it has configured as active; which competitions are active, and the season boundaries used for leaderboards, are determined by KickCall and may change.
Pro / Premium Features
KickCall offers a free tier (unlimited leagues/groups, up to 10 members per group) and an optional Pro tier.
- Pro benefits: up to 25 members per group you create, access to deeper prediction-accuracy analytics ("Advanced Statistics"), and an ad-free experience (see “Advertising”). Which specific benefits Pro includes may change over time.
- Planned pricing — Pro Monthly: AED 19/month, an auto-renewing subscription available at any time.
- Planned pricing — Pro Season: a single non-renewing purchase — not an auto-renewing subscription — that provides Pro access through the end of the current football season (which runs from approximately late August to June), regardless of which of the three tiers below you buy it at. Pro Season is priced in three tiers depending on when in the season you buy it, each available for a limited window: AED 59 (full-season tier, earliest in the season), AED 39 (mid-season tier), and AED 29 (late-season tier, the final window it is offered in). Pro Season is not offered for purchase at all for the remainder of the season after the late-season tier’s window ends; it becomes available again, at the full-season tier, once the next football season begins. This exists so Pro Season is never sold for a period so short it would no longer represent reasonable value compared to Pro Monthly, and so a later purchase is never more expensive than an earlier one for less remaining access. The exact season boundaries, tier windows, and tier prices are configured by KickCall, not fixed in these Terms, and may be adjusted between seasons. Buying any Pro Season tier does not commit you to any future renewal or charge. If, due to normal purchase-processing timing (for example a brief delay in the app or the platform recording your purchase), a Pro Season purchase you started during an offered window is completed slightly after that window’s advertised end, KickCall will still honor it — you will not be charged and then denied Pro access — though your access will still never extend beyond the current football season’s end.
- Current status: in-app purchases for Pro are NOT yet live. No purchase can currently be completed, and you cannot currently be charged for Pro through the Service — attempting to start a purchase in the app will tell you it is not yet available. Going live still requires KickCall to configure real Pro products in Apple’s App Store Connect and Google Play Console and to activate its RevenueCat subscription-management project; this section will be updated once that happens.
- Once live, Pro purchases will be made and billed through the applicable platform (Apple App Store or Google Play), using RevenueCat as KickCall’s subscription-management provider (see “Third-Party Services”), and will be subject to that platform’s own payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms in addition to these Terms. A cancelled auto-renewing subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, rather than ending immediately. You will be able to restore a previous purchase (for example after reinstalling the app or signing in on a new device) from within the app.
- Pending: [FINAL REFUND-HANDLING AND TAX-TREATMENT DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED] once Pro purchases are live — Apple and Google each apply their own default refund and tax rules to purchases made through their platform, and KickCall has not yet documented any additional refund policy of its own beyond what that platform provides.
- Your Pro entitlement (whether your account is Pro, and until when) is determined and controlled solely by KickCall’s backend, based on trusted purchase information from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat — never by anything your device tells KickCall about itself. You may not modify, forge, or otherwise manipulate your own or another account’s entitlement status. Doing so violates “User Conduct” above and may result in suspension or termination.
Advertising
Free-tier accounts may see third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob (for example, within the Matches feed); Pro accounts do not see this ad placement. KickCall does not necessarily endorse, and is not responsible for, the products, services, or content of any advertiser or third party shown or linked to through an advertisement. Your interactions with an advertisement or advertiser — including any purchase, download, or data you provide to them — are between you and that third party, and may be governed by its own terms, separate from these Terms. Where required by applicable law, KickCall requests advertising consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before showing ads, as described further in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The KickCall application, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, and the KickCall name and logo, is owned by Hamad BinQarban or KickCall’s licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Club names, crests, and competition data displayed in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only; KickCall does not claim ownership of any third-party marks or content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KickCall grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service, or use KickCall’s branding, except as these Terms or applicable law expressly allow.
User Content
KickCall currently lets you contribute limited content: your display name, and the name of any group you create. You retain whatever rights you already have in that content. By submitting it, you grant KickCall a license to display, store, and process it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your display name on leaderboards and to other members of your groups.
Do not choose a display name or group name that impersonates another person or entity, infringes someone else’s rights, or is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. KickCall may rename, remove, or restrict content that violates this, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so (see “Account Suspension and Termination”). KickCall does not currently offer a way to post free-form messages, images, or comments visible to other users; if that changes, this section will be updated to reflect it.
Third-Party Services
KickCall depends on the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own terms and privacy practices, independent of KickCall:
- Supabase — provides authentication, database, and backend functions for the Service.
- A third-party sports-data provider — the source of the club, competition, fixture, and live-score data KickCall synchronizes and displays; this data is licensed for use in the Service, not created by KickCall.
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform — serve, and manage consent for, advertising to Free-tier users (see “Advertising”).
- Google Sign-In — an optional way to authenticate, provided through Supabase Authentication.
- RevenueCat — once Pro purchases go live, manages KickCall’s subscriptions on KickCall’s behalf: it receives your purchase/subscription events from Apple or Google and reports your entitlement status to KickCall’s backend, which is what actually grants Pro access (see “Pro / Premium Features”).
- Apple App Store / Google Play — where applicable, the platform through which you download KickCall and (once live) purchase and are billed for Pro subscriptions, subject to that platform’s own terms.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of these third-party services.
Privacy
KickCall’s separate Privacy Policy (available at /privacy in the app) explains what information KickCall collects, why, and how it is used, including how advertising and consent work. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it — these Terms do not repeat its contents.
Service Availability
KickCall does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free of interruption. The Service may experience outages, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or degraded performance — including because a third-party dependency, such as our backend provider or sports-data source, is unavailable or delayed. Features — including specific Pro benefits, leaderboard types, competitions tracked, or the advertising configuration — may be added, changed, or discontinued over time. KickCall does not currently offer a specific uptime guarantee or service-level agreement.
Security and Responsible Use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts or data, or KickCall’s backend systems; attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or database access controls; probe, scan, or test the Service’s security without authorization; or otherwise interfere with other users’ use of the Service. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@kick-call.com rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to part or all of the Service, remove you from a group, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for KickCall or other users, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
You may delete your own account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your predictions, and your group memberships; if you administer a group, deleting your account also permanently deletes that group for every member, not just you. This action cannot be undone, and KickCall cannot recover a deleted account.
Disclaimers
Predictions, scores, leaderboards, rankings, and achievements are provided for entertainment and informational purposes and reflect KickCall’s own game logic and data synchronization at the time they’re calculated — they are not professional advice of any kind and are not a guaranteed or official record of any match or competition. KickCall does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly synchronized service; data from third-party sports-data sources may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KickCall (operated by Hamad BinQarban) and its licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KickCall’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid KickCall for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you in full.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KickCall (Hamad BinQarban) and its licensors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any right of a third party.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do, and, for material changes, will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you don’t agree, you should stop using the Service, and may delete your account as described in “Account Suspension and Termination.”
Governing Law and Disputes
Pending: [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED]
This section will state the law governing these Terms and how disputes will be resolved once Hamad BinQarban confirms the jurisdiction that should govern KickCall’s operation. Do not treat this document as specifying a governing law or dispute-resolution process until this section is completed.
