Community Guidelines
KickCall works best when every league feels like a group of friends arguing about football. These guidelines explain, in plain language, how to keep it that way. They summarize rules from our Terms of Service; if anything here reads differently from the Terms, the Terms apply.

Play fair
Every point on a KickCall leaderboard should come from a real prediction made before the match locked.
- Don’t try to manipulate match results, scores, or grading in any way.
- Don’t exploit bugs or unintended behavior to gain points, achievements, BOOST uses, or Pro status. Report them to support@kick-call.com instead.
- Don’t use bots, scripts, or scrapers to submit predictions or pull data from the app.
- Don’t try to get around authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.
Respect your leagues
Private leagues are for people who were invited.
- Share invite codes only with people you want in your league. Don’t publish, sell, or mass-distribute them.
- Don’t guess or cycle through invite codes to get into other people’s leagues.
- Don’t use a league to harass, spam, or abuse its members.
- Don’t repeatedly create and abandon leagues to use up capacity or invite codes.
The member who creates a league is its admin. Only the admin can delete it, and deleting a league removes it for everyone in it. Any member can leave a league at any time.
Pick names that belong on a leaderboard
Your display name and the names of leagues you create are seen by other players.
- Don’t impersonate another person or organization.
- Don’t use names that infringe someone else’s rights.
- Don’t use names that are abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
KickCall may rename, remove, or restrict names that break these rules.
Keep your account yours
Accounts are personal. Don’t share your sign-in access or use someone else’s account without their permission. If you think someone has accessed your account, email support@kick-call.com.
Treat other players with respect
Banter about football is part of the fun. Harassment, threats, and abuse aimed at other players are not, and neither is impersonating anyone or misrepresenting who you are.
Report problems responsibly
If you find a bug that affects scoring or a security vulnerability, email support@kick-call.com. Please don’t exploit it or disclose it publicly before it can be fixed.
What happens when rules are broken
KickCall may investigate suspected violations. Depending on what happened, that can mean renaming or removing content, removing someone from a league, restricting features, or suspending or terminating an account, as described in the “Account Suspension and Termination” section of the Terms of Service.
